this hotel is a gem! the staff displayed sophistication and professionalism. its prime location granted easy access to major attractions. the serene atmosphere ensured a peaceful and undisturbed visit. i had a door to door water taxi service, it was the best.
I noticed some dust on the nightstands. The room could benefit from a deep cleaning.

The hotel enjoys a superb location. I could easily walk to both Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. The staff assisted with dinner reservations at excellent restaurants.

We stayed for several nights and loved the proximity to rialto bridge and st mark's square. It was just a short walk away. the hotel provided water taxi service directly to the door. the breakfast selection included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. our room was spacious, with beautiful decorations.
The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust. It took some time to find a comfortable setting.
